McCain

I'm an American, not Republican nor Democrat. If Obama wins.. small business owners will have to shut down and give it up. My family has a small business.. so Obama does not need to get office. Has Obama said anythign to spark my interest in him? No.

McCain... he'll probably ban MMA, because he called it human cock fighting. He's too old..

so what do we do this election?.. vote for who has the better Vice President? unfortunately Obama selected Biden.. and that was the only straight talking Democrat trying to get nominated.
So, I'm stuck.. who to vote for?

Drive thru any of our towns and see how many shops are open. Wally World closed 75% of the stuff around here- the mines need a fortune to start. It won't make much difference which one wins.

Won't campaign with him? Huhhhh? If you are referring to Biden going to Penn. without Obama, then its something called strategy. Its not like Obama asked and he said no.

Re: McCain

Think it might simply be because Biden said B. HUSSEIN was NOT READY TO LEAD and that McCain was a better choice???
Or could it be that the king of the Dems. Bill Clinton said the B HUSSEIN candidacy was a "joke" and "ridiculous" ???

Re: McCain

B. HUSSEIN had suckered in a lot of people with the old "tax cuts for American workers and a windfall profits tax on big oil" talks.

Tax cuts for the American workers. The truth is in his short time in the Senate instead of tax cuts he has voted for TAX INCREASES 94 times. But some people still follow him blindly and believe what he says instead of WHAT HE HAS DONE.

Windfall profits on "big oil". The truth is he voted to give the oil companies tax breaks. More of the truth is his windfall profits tax would never work and he knows it. But it sounds good to uninformed voters. One industry can not be singled out for higher taxes. If you hold your breath waiting for that to happen you are a short timer. Why not hit Wally World with an additional tax? Their profit margin is higher than the oil campanies? Why not the drug companies? Their profit margin is double that if the oil companies.

You're right Wal-Mart did shut down many of the small businesses. But they didn't close down the speciality shops. I do NOT want a President in there that is going to tax the life out of our business. Glenn Beck made a great point about Obama going to kill out the heart of America if he's elected.
It will MAKE a major difference if small businesses are taxed out the @$$.
Will Wal-Mart build a new radiator shop and have people come in and fix them? will the coal companies make their own? No, they will not.. Why? because they are one extremely hard thing to learn to do, and do right. It's taken my dad 34 yeras to build his reputation, and learn each and every single skill needed.
So, it does make a huge difference for small business speciality shops... but as for your everyday grocer, shoe store, electronics.. it really doesnt.. those can be replaced a dime a dozen

You're right.. Biden is a really smart, and straight forward Democrat. He's the most conservative Democrat that was on the ticket this year. If Obama wins, it's because of Biden.

One reason I like Mccain.. he's old, and he gets a little bit excited and throws some fits. Why's that good? because he won't think twice about pushing that little red button when terrorist(s) or other countries threaten us.
They'll know America means business.

Re: McCain

there is one reason hussein wont win.......too many people with money will not vote for him because they dont want to have to give their money away to those who dont have it

is socialism was going to work........it would have worked 100 years ago

it doesnt work.......it wont work.........and if hes going to get elected he needs the vote of two very important groups......the wealthy and the jewish.........which right now it doesnt appear hes going to get

So it is OK to tax the rest of us? Just not somebody with a biz? Heard that somewhere before...."Trickle down... working folks just wait and after the rich get what they want , some will "trickle down to the workers."
Vote for who you like, but we owe 400 billion for the Iraq war alone. Do the people that support Bush think there is any other way to pay for that war? McCain has said what he will do for the next 100 years. Neither is fit to dogcatcher.
