is it weird I count down the hours to these? Never miss any, no matter who's in there, includes the opposite party reply - interesting to see if they have anything to offer besides bitching and moaning.

I'm really going to hate this seating arrangement, takes away from the whole thing for me, glad it will be back for normal next time.

Agree with that, one of the points of having them seperate is to see where each stands on a particular issue by seeing who stands and applauds and who doesn't. They are trying to show they are "working together" which is bs that's their job anyway.

These speehes, no matter who makes them is never anythimg more that a huge propaganda issue on either side. I don't watch them for that reason. They never tell the true state of the union and what shape it is really in. Instead, it just serves to polarize our politicians even more.
