Then you didn't pay very much attention to the Post Millenial view because that is not the Post Millenial view at all.
1) The tribulation, which Jesus said would come upon the generation he was speaking to, came in 70 AD. I have never heard any Post Mil preacher say that satan has been cast into the pit. Satan is currently bound in his power by the preaching of the Word and the work of the Spirit.
2)Christs kingdom is ongoing and has been since His ascension to His throne on Pentecost. And Hebrews 1 confirms that He is indeed reigning and upholding all things by the Power of His Word. The Apostles state that the last days were going on in their lifetimes and that antichrist was alive and well at that time.
3) I would like for you to show me 1 post mil believer who states that "when we die, that is it. No life after death or rejoicing in heaven." That is preposterous. The Post Mil view is that at the end when Christ comes again, He will call up the dead in Christ and those who remain will meet Him in the air. At which time He will defeat the last enemy, death, and we will be with Him forevermore. The duty of the church until that time and through the power of the Holy Spirit, is to preach the Gospel and disciple the nations for the glory of God. For the Scripture tells us that all the nations will come to Christ and that the knowledge of God will cover the earth like the water covers the sea.

So what are you? A preterist?
