question for all the refs if you are a principle of the high school are you aloud to help coach the team and aloud in the locker room with the team befor the game and at every quarter correcting the basketball players same as the coaches what are the vshl rule on this issue

Refs have no power on that subject. This should be directed to the VHSL.
Now if the principle is talking or argueing with the ref instead of the head coach then there is a problem and that is a whole different subject.
