I have one PM (Molly) I guess what she has is probably considered silver eye. Though it doesn't look like any of the examples I've seen.
It just looks like her one pupil is restricted.

I have a PM Kirsten which I got from a library display that has silver eye.

No Silver Eye for my circa 1989 PM Kirsten.
PM Samantha-- No (knock wood)
PM AGOT #5-- No (knock wood)
PM Molly-- No (knock wood) but she does have what seems to be called bubble eye and is a very small grayish smudge like spont on one pupil.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I have five pre-Mattel dolls, one being a white body Molly. None have had silver eye, but my early '90's Kirsten had bubble eye. I would NOT recommend sending your Kirsten in to the hospital. I sent mine in and they ruined her. She came back with a huge ink blotch on her face which she didn't have before. When I sent her back in they just sent a brand new doll with American Girl on the neck. I sent the new doll back and told them I wanted my original doll back and they sent me a Mattel doll with Pleasant Company on the neck. I never got my older doll back. I finally gave up on them, but I'll never send another doll into the hospital. The new doll is nice, but she isn't my beautiful older doll.Originally posted by gubbymj:

Samantha, bought 14 years ago. Nope. Odd thing I noticed there is a lot of detail in Samantha's eyes that is not in other brown eyed dolls, same with Felicity, really intense detail in Felicitys green eyes compared to other AG.
Kirsten (ebay buy and from what I am looking at PM) nope.
Addy (ebay buy and also PM), nope.
AGOT #4, bought 8 years ago just before mattel took over, nope.
And all mattel are excellent. You guys made me paranoid, I checked them all.
No silver eye in any of my 17 Pre-Mattel beauties!
I don't think any of my PM girls have silver eye (rushes to check)
