Bennet

I bought Bennet a long time ago (but he was NOT one of the "old" Bennets, he was a "new" Bennet) and I have never seen his since. I am not at all careless with my collection, everything is very neat and organized and put in certain places. But Bennet was sitting on Molly's lap for probaly a couple months and I never saw him again. I don't understnad what happned to him.
Now I do have five pets but my cats would have no interest in him and neither would my little dog, now my big dog might but there's no way he couldve gotten it and ruined it without me knowing because there would be stuffing and whatever all over.
Of course my big dog Max does have a criminal history...he bit Posie's head right off and I had to buy a new one...
But I just don't think he got Bennet because there would be evidence.
So I don't understand what happened to him. And by now it has been so long that I am like,"Did I even HAVE Bennet? Or did I imagine him?"
But I KNOW I had him. I bought him, I crossed him off my checklist, and I even have some pictures of him. I don't want to buy a new one because I am thinking he's got to be SOMEWHERE.
But I have cleaned my whole room (my room is the only place I keep AG things) and my whole room tuened up nothing.
He's just vanished into thin air or something...

My cats don't like AG, my tiny little cat has an infatuation with Marisol's feather boa, and tries to take it any chance she gets, but I just can't imagine any of them wanting Bennet...and if they did, I am thinking my dog would've gotten to it..and then there's be evidence. Well i guess it is still possible though...I have looked everywhere and it has been soo long since he went missing but I guess he could always turn up somewhere.

I am updating this because I just realized that where I had Bennet and Molly, my cats would not be able to reach upo that high and there;s no where to jump up there...my dog could reach, but like I said there would be stuffing and everything around...

Maybe your dog got it, but accidently pushed it under a piece of furniture before the Grand Destuffing could begin.

I once came home to find Licorice covered with crusty dog drool and her little pink yarnball forever gone. That's the only thing the dogs have ever bothered, and it's all within reach of the bigger dogs, most in reach of the small dogs. And then there's the cat, who has knocked the girls over on multiple occasssions, rubbing up and trying to make buddies!

Thats an interesting theory about the trash...my only trash can is in my bathroom tho so I dont think thats it.
I think I better check all the furniture again, just in case!!


PS : Just in case your wondering I am getting Ella her own little feather boa because I feel bad taking away Marisol's when she seems to enjoy it so much..but I don't want her playing with Marisol's.

Never dismiss anything when it comes to pets...my kitty Amber, while being an awesome jumper is great at hiding things.. especially if the dogs happen to get to them first. I can't say that my current dogs have a "destroyer of all things" reputation like my previous dogs (who loved getting a hold of my pound puppies), but there have been a few incidences of the dogs putting things of mine (like a little stuffed animal or hair thing) and then putting it on the floor where the cat got a hold of it and it was "lost" under a piece of furniture (cats are awesome at pusshing things into the tiniest, far back places) for months.

Sounds like my dilemma with the sunglasses from the '98' picnic outfit. I know the last place I saw them was in my girls beach bag. Now, I cannot find them anywhere. I have moved furniture, looked under beds...I just gave up. I figure they will show up when I am not looking for them. [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]confused.gif[/img] [img]eek.gif[/img]

When DH was home, he was looking for his sunglasses case. It was one of the little fancy formed neoprene covered ones with the neat little zipper on it.

Well, we have a ferret who loves anything leather or rubber. He was trying to drag my glasses case INTO (yes, INTO) the couch just a couple of days before the glasses case belonging to DH disappeared.

Well, DH came into the kitchen, still mumbling about the glasses case. I happened to look over at Henry in the cage (ooh, he looked SO GUILTY), and I told Richard to look behind the fridge.

I swear to you that ferret looked at me, and I HEARD, "It's behind the fridge, Mom."

DH said I was nuts; I just told him to pull the fridge out (it's on little wheels) and look behind it.

Which is exactly where the glasses case was.
