How do you admit a doll to thw hospital for silver eye?

there is no option on the form and how do u let them know u want a totally new doll? What do u do????

I've never admitted a doll to the doll hospital before, but I would probably call AG CS and see what they say.

You can call Customer Service and tell them you have a doll with Silver Eye. They will give you the instructions for admitting her. You send no money (not even return postage!)

Basically you fill out the order form just like you were paying for a head replacement, but instead of putting $38 in the box ,put $0, and only include payment for the $5.95 for return shipping. Other than that, it's exactly like the instructions on the admission form.

You don't get to choose if you want a totally new doll, that is at their discretion. If it's not a Mattel doll you will almost always get new limbs and a new head. They will leave the same cloth part. If you don't want a zip-tie holding the head on, include a note that says so, because zip-ties are the default.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">If you enclose a note saying that you DO NOT want the doll to have zip ties, they won't. If you enclose a note, and they still use a zip tie, then they will redo it again for free.
