    me too.Have been waiting 2 weeks for my order and still the site says in process and I cant get a tracking order.even after calling customer service.

    Well, once I ordered an item from them, and they sent me someone else's item! I was then told I would receive a pre paid label so I could send their item back! I waited 3 weeks along with like 10 emails and heard nothing, so I sold their item on ebay! LOL
    They have bad customer service, and even though they have good deals, I would never shop there again!
