Welcome to the board! I am Heidi, and I admit I am hopelessly addicted! I am such a dreamer too, so I am constantly thinking about something to make for my dolls, or the next order I want to make. There is nothing wring with being an adult collector (though I guess I am just barely an adult at 21)

Welcome, Sarah! You and your daughter have a great collection so far.

Welcome to the board. It is such a great place to get information, and confirmation for your addiction. Everyone here will always tell you that, YES, you NEED the doll, and NO, you can never have too much. Enjoy!

Hi there Sarah! If you're the same Sarah from one of the AG Yahoo groups I sort of already know you. If not, then I'll just get to know another Sarah--that's also my daughter's name! Have fun here, lots of enablers! (but that's what we're here for right? heehee)

Yes, I'm the same Sarah from the Yahoo groups. I just recently discovered this board as well and hey, you can never have too many enablers *grin*.

Welcome Sarah! Your daughter has a lovely collection of dolls already. I see you mention that her yiayia gave her Jess and made her a costume too. So you have some Greek family members. I am Greek myself.

Welcome to the board. My DD's grandmother really loves to give DD dolls ( she had 3 boys.) She has given DD several Madame Alexander collectible dolls as well as baby dolls. She also bought DD her first AG. It's fun to collect all together.

My husband's grandfather came over from Greece when he was a boy (but of course my husband's northern European genes won out and he burns if he even looks at the sun). My in-laws are Yiayia and Papou (even though my FIL has absolutely no Greek in him. My MIL had 3 boys and collects dolls, so she is definitely an enabler *giggle*. Now that the baby is getting a bit older, I'm going to have to dedollify the play room a bit and maybe add some Thomas the Tank Engine or something. Of course, he adores his big sister and will probably play with dolls for a while if she asks him to.
