Oh no! She is gorgeous! I do not need another doll!! Thanks so much for sharing!! This is soo exciting
Jess looks Philippino (sp?)to me!
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I have know idea whether Jess will have a new face mold or not, but I do not think Emily will not have a new face mold, nor will she have true red hair. Probably more of a reddish auburn. In the books Emily didn't have true red hair either but more of an auburn.Quote:

You know the more I see the pic, the more I see some Vietnamese. Can she be that??
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">OOOh! That would be cool! Like her mother's family came over during the Vietnam war, and maried an American named McConnell??? That would be WAY cool. I really like that idea too.Quote:

YES!!! a doll that FINNALLY! looks like me!!!...now..time to go bribe mum into buying her for me...muahahaa. I think ill start cleaning the bathroom first....
I think red hair with brown eyes is a really cute combination. Plus, if she also has fair skin and no freckles, it will make it that much easier to turn her into Elizabeth as all she would need is a new wig If shes got brown hair and hazel eyes, even better! I can live with an Elizabeth with the wrong colored eyes as long as her hair is right.
Ok, I can't focus on Jess. I'll risk getting over-excited and I'm too tired to get over-excited. Anyway. I think she probably will have a new mold. I would bet this was inspired by the success of the friend dolls. We all know that if they're going to do friends for Kirsten and Kaya, they'll need a new mold that can be used for native americans. I think they've realized that an LE with a truly unique mold will sell like wildfire, especially if we don't see that mold again for a couple of years. I also think she looks filipino, but she also has a look that could be...of eskimo heritage. A new mold to fit this look would be very versatile. It could be used for asian and native american alike depending on the coloring used. If she has a new mold, I will be getting her. Which is incredibly depressing. I intended to avoid her. I was kinda hoping she'd have the Josefina mold (my least favorite) 'cause then I could resist her. Well, I'm intrigued, though not sold yet. Ya'll do incredible photoshop work, btw. and I could not be more thrilled to say: WELCOME BACK PRSNLRD, I'VE MISSED YOU LIKE CRAZY
Mayergirl you bring up an awesome argument for a new mold. They do need to find a way to solve the friends issue and that could easily be it. A new mold would not only attract girls and keep parents from saying, 'she looks just like all the others' it solves that problem. It also gives me hope to being able to create the Elizabeth I wanted to see. I really hope you are right.
WOW! Very cool pictures! I think she looks like Anne Curry from the Today show! I am SO looking forward to seeing her in person!
