Yeah, hang in there.. I got mine for about $50 but that was in Sept / Oct.. you will find one.. lay low and keep yer eyes open! If I see one, I will holler at ya. : )

For some reason, finding an Addy for me on ebay was really neat. Looking for ones who "spoke" to me, and being outbid, but then finding my first edition, PM, with all 6 (first edition)books for $60 was awesome.

So, keep looking, and enjoy the search!

And, yes, I do tend to see more silver eyed Addy's than others.

I just won this cute PM Addy the other morning and was very pleased with her sale price! I was so excited I couldn't stand it. She needs her hair worked with, but I was absolutely drawn to her, and happy to give her a home. She comes with a soccer outfit I fully intend to give to Jess! I am always more happy to buy a pre-loved doll looking for a good home rather than a brand new doll! They seem more special somehow.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Good job! She's German! Her hair was frizzy to begin with. The first run Addys had really textured hair and I love it. Just be patient and sprtiz with lots of water and use your finger to undo the tangles before you brush.

Woooo Whooooo! Thanks QNPoohbear! Now I'm even more excited! I was going to ask for advice on restoring textured hair. Can you do the downy-dunk on it without destroying it? Can it be brushed the same?? I can't wait to receive her! I am actually writing this from my hotel room near AGPC where we visited today. They had a few actual 'Kite flying' outfits today, so I picked one up for her. Any advice on her hair would be great!
