What I found out about Felicity one day was that when I took her head off one day. The head, the way it sits on a table just the head I mean was in a very weird shape I did this a long time ago, I did not have a camera at the time. Her body stuffing was overflowing I'm not sure but it seems to me that this is normal. I might bring her to AGPNY just so she can get the special cord for the back of her neck. I actally checked her legs and they Are fine!! Felicity want's to meet Jess so much!!

Don't worry, it's okay for the stuffing to be overflowing out the top! It's important because if dolls aren't overstuffed in the neck area, the head will flop down.

I have a question... with the new neck things, how do we get the heads off of the dolls now? Is there a way? Anyone ever done it yet on the newer ones without the ties?

I think you have to cut the plastic thing to get it off- so when you put it back on you can't use the same one again.

Skittl is right. They self-lock, so you can't reuse them. You also can't just use a normal zip-tie from the hardware section of the store. The ones for dolls are usually more narrow and a lot longer, so you will need to buy them from doll supply companies.
