What do you guys think? I think the "Plesant Company" looks a little high and a little curved. What are your thoughts?

Printing may be high but wig looks like ribbon.... maybe real and an older doll. Check the clone sticky or mama salama's site on e-bay for ID .
Good Luck. ^j^ Mrs.C.

Stop playing with these dolls and get busy on the wedding stuff. We want to see ... we want to see... a real bride doll. [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I have 5 Samanthas ranging from WB to 2006. This looks very similar to my WB, high and curved.

I am going to temporarily lock this thread because we are trying to not allow threads that question whether a doll being auctioned is fake or not. Until we know the ownership of this Samantha, we would ask that you please consult our "Fake doll" sticky, and contact either Angie or Ria with any questions that you might have.

Thanks,

I am unlocking this thread now. I've been reminded that our restriction on the "fake or not" question applies only to dolls that are being sold on ebay.

I apologize for my lapse in memory.

I hope that this doll actually is authentic.

Best wishes,

That looks like an old-fashioned PM Pleasant Company stamp to me. I do feel that this doll is real, IMO. My Mary doll (who is originally WB Sam) has that on her neck.

If you are bidding on that doll, good luck!

I need to see the face .. or closer look on the letters before I determine if she is a fake or not.
