Oh my, my heart skipped a beat when I read this thread! Early last year when I had a visiting doll with me, I photographed a doll story of Josefina becoming an Indian Princess. I never got the story written and uploaded but here are three photos from it. The dress is inspired by the colors of Neela, the Girl of Many Lands. It is my own pattern. I sure wish AG would do International dolls or at least make collectible outfits for any AG doll to wear.

This has got me soooo crazy..you would not believe it! I momnetarily thought it might have been an LE too as my sister kept talking about a doll and a book....but that is toooo early to out.

I even went to the AG website and looked at all the historical and today outfits...there is nothing like the description she gave me.

I called her again and asked about the facemold; she does not know enough about AG to know who Kaya or Josefina are.

As a last effort on this; I called my neice who she was with. My neice has a home about a mile within the AGPLA/"Grove" area. She was not home so I left an urgent message to call me back. I am going to BEGG her to go back up there.

I really feel that someone made a mistake and put something out that was not supposed be there. If all fails I will find out Sunday. My sister gave me the exact loaction of the display; if it has changed...BINGO!!!... someone goofed or I will find out who it really was...in the meantime... [img]eek.gif[/img] ...
