I just talked with Cook and she talked to the folks at her job about getting off for the Monday afterwards on the 13th and that should be ok. So it looks like we can do either day also.
i could do the 5th...would just take quite a bit of schedule reorganization...which is not impossible.

It's not much of a city, but there are cool things here and there, plus I'll take you on the now famous 8 Mile.

Okay, I'm gonna make the call here. Sunday, December 12th shall be the day of reckoning.
Since it so close to the holidays, how about a gift exchange of sorts? We can do a Chinese gift exchange which is quite fun. Everybody brings a wrapped gift worth a set amount (say $20 or so). We draw numbers and you pick a gift or steal one that's already been opened by someone else. The person who gets their stolen has another chance at the gift pile. The person with number 1 gets the last chance to exchange their gift with someone else.
There are many variations of this game but the general rule in bringing a gift is...make sure it's something you like because you may end up with it.

I booked it all day.
There is another banquet that day in our other room that may have to walk through our room to get to there's, but I'm going to try and arrange it so that we're in the back and we walk through their room.
I think that ones later in the afternoon, but we won't have to be concerned with them (go ahead and let them TRY to complain, I'll throw THEM out for being fuddy's!!)
