I'm having some issues with IE and I was wondering if anybody could help.

So, I finally got Windows on my parent's PC completely updated. But now IE is running poorly. Instead of scrolling smoothly, it's what I call "clunky". When I scroll, it doesn't move the page smoothly, but rather refreshes the screen every time it moves.

I just realized it's doing the same with Windows Explorer, and other programs.

Anybody know how to fix this?

    1. need a new mouse, or 2. reinstall window explorer.

I had that problem once. My vidoe driver had gone nuts. Try reinstalling your video driver.

Probably not the mouse since you say it refreshes each time. So yeah, video driver trouble would be the cause. It may *say* the driver is fine, but reload it in anyway.
