...lots of stuff going on in my life, as well. Doing some home improvements. Some inside, some out. The biggest project will be the front yard. I'm going to put a deck over as much of that pain in the ass hill I have in the front of the house as possible. I'm going to run the deck around the side of the house and make an exit through the living room onto the deck. Going to cover part of the deck and bla-bla-bla!

...maybe even as late as Labor Day. It all depends on the money situation.
...last year we had over 100 people at the BBQ. With all that's going on, I don't think I'll be able to put on such an extravaganza this year. I've already planned on the number of people from work to be way down. So, we may have to do a lottery to keep this within my means. I'll know as we get closer as to how many people we can have.
...so, there it is. I wish I could invite every Spawn fan on the planet, but I can't. I'll do my best to have as many as possible, but the goal is for a smaller party this year.

Just PM'd Steve, but I'm not sure how often he checks that so I thought I'd post here as well and any of you who talk to him may want to bring it up.
I'd be more then happy to order the food for the BBQ from my restauant vendors and bring it out with me (assuming that bringing the food gets me out of this able-to-attend-lottery that is. [img]tongue.gif[/img] )
I can get really good prices on really good food Example: New York Strip steaks @ $7.00 a pound (comes out to about $4.00 for a nice 10 ounce steak), or I could even get Prime Rib @ $11.00 a pound.
If we want to stick to the traditional burgers & dogs I can get hot dogs for a dime a piece and burgers for 70 cents each.
And to save Steve some more coin, I'd be willing to pay for the food up front and pass the Nascar helmit the day of the BBQ!
