That's the problem Canadians have. They feel that the NDP is useless, and the only choice is between the Liberals and the Conservatives. However, with the NDP in the house, (not the hiz-ouse) the Liberal government is held more accountable. Liberals and Conservatives love to pretend they are on opposing sides, but in the end they usually team up to beat the NDP's. The Conservatives are just as corrupt as the Liberals. Look at Klein in Alberta, the guy's a fuckin nut job!!

If the Bloc would stop existing (wich I don'T think will happen soon) the NDP would be able to get a lot more votes in Qu?bec and they would win a few regions.
I wish I had an NDP candidate around here worth voting for. The NDP here is nothing but a bunch of granola eating hippies.
I used to get so mad at the Bloc because they are really a provincial party and they're such a huge part of the government. But since then I realized that the government is won in Ontario and Quebec and none of the other provinces, so now I sympathize with Quebec wanting to seperate.

I just wanna say it's probably the best Canadian political discussion I had in years.
I think the rest of Canada should see the Bloc as the police in Ottawa. The Bloc is good to lift the rug so people can see the dirt under it and it doesn't get into problems cause it won't run the country anyway. The Bloc is probably the best opposition you can get.
You know when the keep hitting on te Liberals head about the financial inequity between the Provinces and the Federal it doesn't just help Qu?bec. It helps you guys too. With the Bloc really strong now, you can blam Ontario for the Liberals probably winning in January...cause we wouldn't have vote for a lot of Conservative anyway and would have vote for a lot less Liberals based on the last scandal.
