PRIMER (spoilers)

ok, someone here told me to watch it and I did.
I got most of the flic about quantum and string physics, but I just got lost on when they find the one chicks dad following them. What was up with that, and why did the one guy have to leave and the other wouldnt? (at the end)

oh and why is it called Primer?
make me smart people and fill me in. I got a little confused with it towards the end

watch it a second time, you'll get more out of it.

as for the chicks dad, he's from a future that never happened from their point of view, so there's no way to know why he was there, how he got there, or what he was doing.

Neither one of them could really stay and have a normal life since they were doubles (and potentionally triples) of themselves at that point, but Abe is staying to try and keep themselves from figuring out what they invented, and Aaron leaves cuz he's a little too driven and power hungry and it pissed Abe off.

yeah I didnt get that about the dad, but thats what I thought was going on at the end.
