God, that Vader's just proof that as long as you put "exclusive" on it's name, it's bound to sell...

and damn their news on the Toronto Comiccon, now I wanna go even more!

and SW, this might not be up your alley, but I figured maybe you'd have a little insight on it...
Are the OLD original Star Wars figures (ie: from when the original trilogy was new) worth anything, even if kinda tattered and worn? Or, does that pretty much make them null and void, because I found a few, but haven't really heard of anyone selling too many of them, mind you, it's not like I've checked

Very few of the original Star Wars figure are worth a whole lot loose. Especially if missing pieces, and/or beat up. This is due to there being so many of them. There are some exceptions though, and some major exceptions at that. Your best bet is to search completed eBay auctions for specific characters, to get an idea of what that character is selling for.

It is the carded figures that fetch the serious dough.

    Cool

Loose figs are worth pretty much what they were when they were originally released... you can get about $5 for a good one... unless it's a rare Blue Snaggletooth which could get you a bit of cash depending on the condition.

Carded original figures are worth a ton.

You'll get more for figures with weapons than without.
