When you get a moment can you look over my site and give me advice on how to improve it?

I love all the content - the biggest hurdle for a site... my biggest piece of input would be a "standardization" of it overall. In other words, a standard left-hand nav, header, footer, etc. for ease of usability and navigability.

Email me with any questions, and I can help ya out more...

I'm a novice. I was looking for some free website buttons, etc. and didn't find anything I like. I'm don't have the smarts to do those rollovers or java(?) things. I'll keep looking.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">As for places with free graphics, etc. I know there are tons out there, but I usually steer clear of them and make them myself... I'd recommend some, but I don't really keep up on those...

As for javascripts, etc. - there are lots out there that you can use freely to improve your site - all you gotta do is copy and paste them in your code most times. www.javascriptsource.com is a great resource for that. Or pick up a book and learn it!

If you're starting out, and don't know the code well enough to write from scratch, or just want a cool front-end app to help you develop, I recommend Dreamweaver MX. You can work in code view and/or design (WYSIWYG) mode.
