I didn't get my Sentinel for Christmas. The wife looked but couldn't find it. She called one Meijer and they said they didn't have any so I got a gift card instead. So I go out to that same store and BAM! they have like 30 of these guys! (I really don't think my wife was really hip to what it was)
So anyhoo...this sucker is a monster! I can't believe how big it is! Where in the hell am I going display it? I can't believe I'm complaining that a figure is too big!
Time to reconfigure my toy room!

I know whatcha mean Andy. I got mine a few weeks ago & it has not found it's proper place in my house. I'm thinking it belongs hanging from the ceiling somewhere. But then balancing that sucker could be tricky...

I hung mine from the ceiling. I used two screws and anchors in the ceiling, and then just looped some fishing line around the head and tentacles. I didn't get any toys for Christmas either, which of course was the only thing I asked for.

...tell 'em, Sculpy...hang it, boyz! The damn thing was meant to be hung up, not to be sitting on a shelf.
Use your, E-MA-HE-NAH-TEE! I think that's, imagination, in Spanish, or something or other.

It looks beyond huge when it's hanging up:

To get the max affect, you need to hang it angling downward, moving toward a doorway. This way, when someone goes through the doorway to the enter that room, it scares the shit out of them!

To be quite honest, I haven't had time to mess with it too much. Right now he's sitting on a pile of electronic junk waiting to be parted out. Lordy, I really need to clean my room!

I have found that a few of the hooks at the end of the tentacles are quite fragile & that makes me want to play with it less. It's a fuckin amazing toy though. One might even venture to call it a classic.
Great pic, Sculpey. I didn't even think to have a few tentacles straight behind the body.
