Our ecommerce software provider applied a new patch last night that caused some "unforeseen complications." Thus, the Spawn Store (and all the others out there that use the same software) is temporarily down.

The developers are working and hope to have the problem solved within the hour. Once it's solved, I'll set the new Biker Chick to go live and you guys can have at it.

Once again: Biker Chick is NOT sold out. It has not yet been made available. Right before I make it active, I'll post on this board to let you know.

We deal with vendors like that at my company all the time.

Get to work in the mid-morning and it's like Norm walking into Cheers because everyone starts yelling my name.

Finally get to the office, call the vendor and 9 times out of 10 get "we applied this patch that.....blah, blah, blah**" (**transalted "fucked everything up")

It happens to us 2 sometimes 3 times a month!
