Also, the provider won't assign an IP in this specific case.
Lately I have to travel with my laptop and I have to connect to the internet in different places.
My PC only have one LAN input, and I have to keep changing the TCP/IP data.
Is there any way I can save that data to just swich it when I move ?

Are you saying that you have to go into Network Settings and make the change in the TCP/IP properties??
If that's the case, just change the settings to "Get an IP address automatically"
When you get to a new location, all you may need to do is a ipconfig release and renew in DOS.

So you can't use Automatic settings?
That's just dumb!
A new network with multiple connections?
listen....
I have my laptop, it has only one LAN input and a wireless one. If I am at home, automatic setting is fine. My problem is that I am moving to other two different locations and I have to type the TCP/IP data over the previous one every time....
i have an app on my laptop that i use that does that. I forget it's name though. I'll post it later.
You can also consider setting up different Hardware profiles for each location you are at.
That way you would only have to boot up in the location and select which one to load. It would let you have one configuration for home, and other configurations to fit the Office, etc.
This link gives you information on how to do it, but be careful as if you screw up in teh saving of them you can taost your installation and have to restart from scratch
this does exactly what you want, mm4. it's a great program, i use it almost daily.
i highly recommend this to any of you other ip geeks out there
