I love Halloween and all the skulls and creepy things that go with it. Know its getting close when the halloween shops start opening at the malls. It would be the ultimate holiday if like christmas you got gifts [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

soon I guess all the ghost realated shows will start airing on tv. I just love the halloween time of year!

in the court down the street we usually put on a major production. everyone decorates their houses and yards and we have people running around with chainsaws and all kinds of crazy shit. fog machines, sound effects people in the gutter that reach out and grab folks. in the past years we've have major crowds show up. in fact there would be so much traffic from people comming from other subdivisions to see it that you could hardly drive down the street. unfortunately one of the couples that were major player and planners moved and the other one got married and his wife doesnt let him cut loose like he used to. so this year might not be as good in the past. we had one guy that was the chainsaw dude that moved, but came back every year to play the role. great time.

I fucking love Halloween but I haven't done much in the passed few years. Last year I went to Chiller. That was cool. I gotta do something cool this year.

I love Halloween. For the past four years or so I'e been unleashing my ever-growing collection of movie and horror related toys at work (in a university laboratory) and having "tours". People are usually shocked and awed, and walk away muttering "My God, what goes through his heasd?".

Now people don't go out nearly as much.

Maybe its just the jaded cynicism that age has cursed me with.

hell around here the last few years have been wild. tons of kids going out because the weather has been good. now that my kids are older, we just head to the court to scare the hell out of others
