this is true, while GG's great because of the man behind the mask, Venom is great because of the symbiote. also this question goes out to you comic geeks out there. was there every any of that wierd symbiosis blending of two minds business with the Doc in the comics?

yeah i really dug that business. i hope that he's not dead and shows up at a later date either as a secondary villian or as a secondary hero.
Even though you saw him floating motionless and his tentacle lights go off, it's still not as obvious a "death" as Green Goblin's, so I hope he makes a return in a later film as well.
