My kid sister says that she saw an article this weekend that mentioned the unveiling of some storyboards for X2 that inclued drawings of Nightcrawler. The article was about some comics con and said that the crowd cheered and was exstatic over them...
I would LOVE to get a peek! anyone have a clue? my sis can't remember where she saw it.

nah i just ran across a guy on X-Fan who had seen them. he said the Nightcrawler ones were a few panels, the first few him emerging from some shadows, then him teleporting away. that's it. he described Nightcrawler as looking young with curly hair and that's about all i could squeeze out of him, he wasn't very good at describing what he saw >.<

Yeah...I'd love to see them too...don't get a lot of comic conventions 'round these parts, and the ones we do get are usually in Sydney, and that's a 16 hour bus ride away!
Still...maybe we'll see something in the Wizard X-Men special in June, or the 'Director's Edition' of the first movie that's currently in the works...
Is it just me, or have you guys all been just a little bit happier since Kurt's been more of less cast for this flick?
Man...I REALLY need to get a life...

Don't know how interested you are in this...but these quote regarding the storyboards from Comics2Film:
"They showed production sketches that struck me as funny because Nightcrawler wasn't wearing anything from the waist up,"
"They talked about how Nightcrawler looked demonic but was actually very religious."
Confirm his religious nature...and it looks like poor Ethan (IF he signs on the dotted line) is in for at least a half-body paint...

I wonder if Nightcrawler and Mystique will have any scenes together? Visually speaking that would be awesome!

I wonder why it's funny that he isn't wearing anything from the waist up? before Cumming got the part, i would ahve been thrilled to se that [img]wink.gif[/img] ugh, they gave him RED eyes on the photo manip they did of him at that site [img]mad.gif[/img]

The guy is a total squeeb, if I was standing next to him in an elevator, I would get out...between floors!
God!, why don't they just get...I dunno...Jay Leno to do the part or something... ok maybe I'm over reacting, maybe he looks better blue, maybe it's all a bad BAD dream.
Ok, maybe it wont be so bad, at least he is IN the film...
