just found this today as i checked Elfwood to see if i had gotten any comments or anythin, and saw a pic of Nighty up at the top of Elfwood as one of the featured pics of the day! a brand new Elfaholic gallery!

my Nightcrawler tour is still not approved *grumbles* *sputters* *fumes* but you can make do with this for now

in Elfwood you can make tours of a certain subject, whatever you want. a little window opens and you click through all the pics with the tour guide (me in this case) giving a little running commentary. i made one of Nightcrawler, i found 30 pics of him in the woods! but the tours have to be approved by the site moderators, and no new tours have been approved in over 2 months. not just my tour, no new tour at all has been approved [img]mad.gif[/img]

Yeah, EW can be pretty sluggish at times. Still, cute new gallery. Not to mention the way they neglect their fanart galleries. But this is a nice one. Not much there yet, but what is pretty cute. Nice find!

Alas! Sadly this lovely art is not mine, one too many Pandoras, I'm afraid...
My talent lies with words, not images... the only thing that I seem adept at drawing is criticism!

I am eagerly(and impatiently) waiting for EW to OK the tour so that I may go and drool to my little black heart's content...
I write fanfics and have just recently turned my wicked attentions to X-fics... Somehow, I've always been reluctant to go that path, sort of a sacred ground kind of thing I guess.

Yeah, I realize that i have somewhat drifted off topic,but..Whatever.

I realize that I am guilty of hubris, and that the evil comic gods will likely turn me in to an aardvark or some such, but I know that some of my writing is at least as good as some of the blah-gunk that is being churned out these days.
And, dang it! I STILL want a peep at those story boards!

Having worked as an EW Moderator I can attest to how busy it can make one. I have since not had the time it demands so have gone inactive. I know that Thomas was reluctant to even allow fanart at all so the Fanquarter almost did not happen. Just remember Thomas has provided a forum to thousands of artists for free...
