It's back in normal mode here at work now.
Not that I hang with them much - but it's part of my personal phylosophy, I don't think friendship and sentimental relationships at work are a good thing - but at least they stopped mobbing me which is what I needed, considering all the stress I'm going thru.
I need some days off.

Weird thing about the word "mobbing" - it's one of those English words adopted by the Italians that doesn't mean the same in English any more. What Italians call "mobbing", we would call "bullying". If you're mobbed in English, it means you've been attacked by a crowd.

Partly true: I've read the word applied to "bullying in working environments" also in international newspapers.
It's true that Italians use the wrong English words: they say "outing" instead of "coming out" and "footing" instead of "jogging", for example.
