i'm not really watching the games now. i saw bits of it last night in a cafe though. meh. i'll watch in the later games, when the heat is on and everything. much more interesting that way.

Actually, I had the same thing happen with me as you did. I won tickets to my first Moosehead game, went, saw way more fighting than playing, got bored/disgusted, and decided to never go again.

hey, watch it! i have family in newfoundland, aka MOOSE land! moose are lovely (if not frightening) creatures!
Scotsman comes to America to visit his cousin. The cousin takes him out for a nature walk. Suddenly, the Scottsman spots a simply enormous creature grazing nearby. Quietly he points to his cousin, and asks him what on earth the creature could possibly be.
The cousin looks, and says, "Oh, don't worry. That's just a moose. They're never dangerous unless you startle them."
