Hey, that's pretty good. When I lived at home, the Saturday schedule was: cartoons, American Bandstand, Mid-South Wrestling, and Kung-Fu Theater. The USA Network showed the kung-fu movies and if they don't now, they should. I'm not entirely sure, but I think Kung-Fu Theater was eventually replaced by roller derby.

Funny this topic should come up 'cos kung fu movies are my most recent pop culture fascination. I ignored them most of my life, but just in the past few weeks I find myself intensely interested in the genre. Unfortunately, I've only seen Enter the Dragon (terrible script, incredible martial arts), but I've got a what looks like a hilarious flick called Kickboxer's Tears (with an ass-kicking female lead) on VHS and hope to find time to see it soon.

The only other thing I'll say is that Bruce Lee is hands-down the ultimate male (at least among celebrities). Forget Stallone, forget Connery, forget Aaahnold Schwartzennegar. Even Shaft's got nothing on Bruce. I hope I never meet a gay man with Bruce Lee's exact body 'cos if I did, I might consider rethinking my otherwise staunch heterosexuality.
