I saw the weirdest thing today.

We're having several problems with our new computer system at work. No real surprises there. But my boss and I were trying to deal with a specific one, to try to get our credit card software working. When we logged into the interface computer, though, someone was already dialed in. And it WASN'T the tech support person we were talking to.

So, my boss forced the mouse away from the person on the other end, and opened up the notepad. She then started typing into it.

I've never seen Notepad used as an instant messenger before...
