I have invented my own cheesecake. I call it the "Creamy Dreamy Lemon and Ginger cheesecake"

I took the original cheesecake recipe I had and changed things about a bit and its worked, it still needs tweaking but it is yummy! [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I also managed to make a successful batch of 'Betwixts and Betweens' with the ancient Delany family recipe passed down thru generations (apparently)

Hmm the one weekend I haven't had to work I've turned into 'Domestic Goddess' Scary! [img]eek.gif[/img]

I think I've figured out the minor problem with the creamy dreamy lemon cheesecake I'll post the recipe in the cookbook as soon as I get it right next time. I'll post the original surefire cheesecake recipe as soon as I go to the supermarket and can tell you exactly how much is in a tin of condensed milk or a packet of biscuits as I just realised its probably different over there than here.
