I had to be cheap this year, so I spent $1 on a fake police set, put the badge in my wallet (I already had all the other accessories) and went as an undercover police officer.
So I wanted to dress us up this year, but I didn't. Next year she is going to be The Wicked Witch of the West and I one of her flying monkeys hehehe.

I found a relatively cheap sheikh costume. Couldn't afford the barrel of oil that would've made a cool accessory. It's the first time I've dressed up in awhile.

And what would your wife say to you dressing up as a dominatrix?
She might say "ooo la la!"
I didn't have a costume this year to speak of- but I did slap one together in five minutes before heading to a party saturday. I was pretty proud of myself- since i had nothing but my "rock the vote" pin to work with.
I made a "vote Satan" sign- and went as the Devil's advocate. I posted slogans all over my jacket, made some 'pro-satan' pamphlets and basically canvassed for the devil.
It was fun.
Then I caught the flu.

It's Satan's fault that we're running short on vaccine this year too.
I feel the real nerd here: I've never been dressed as a Devil.
But I've been Mother Mary a coupla times
Halloween is not very big here at all, but we did have an early Halloween party in Vegas and wandered all around Vegas in costume. Our tour manager was dressed as a giant twinkie. I had just spent an hour on the phone talking to machines and stupid people from Amex, who were screwing me over. I was in such a tearful, angry bad mood that i went as boring psychotic disgruntled Amex customer. Sigh! Even Kat managed a pumpkin wig and pumpkin tinsel.
I still can't believe you guys don't eat roast pumpkin or even spend the winter living on pumkin soup (especially since it gets v cold there).
You Freaks!

I like smashing pumpkins. After the holiday's over and the carved ones start to rot. I live by a creek that has a bridge to throw them off of. That's probably just me though. Most people aren't as destructive.![]()
