    Hey gang,

    It's been quite some time since I posted around here, but you know how life goes sometimes. I look in quite a bit, but I rarely have time to contribute to the conversations...and the oreos were going straight to my gut anyway wink

    Anyway, I just wanted to give you guys the heads-up on this. I can't afford it, so I feel like it should at least go to someone on this board that can.

    yikes, nobody bought it. i reckon $450 is a little steep. even terry is going a hundred lower than that. though it does seem worth it.

    is jibbit the same person as mibbit who posts here?

    A little steep?! And the understatement of the year award goes to... amytoilet! tongue

    I'm sorry, I'm a huge fan of SIP and Terry, but there would have to be several conditions fulfilled before I even considered shucking out that much cash for a single page of art:

    A: I would have to still live with the parents;
    B: I would have to have won the lottery (in several states, no less), and be getting social security assistance;
    C: I would have to NOT already have said page in a cohesive story (I love ya, Terry, but wow, that's a lot o' moolah for single pages!);
    D: Have absolutely nothing else that I was even vaguely interested in spending my money on...

    and that's about it; in other words, it's not for me, but if any of you have got the money to burn, more power to you!

    i reckon you have a point, janine. however i'm nineteen, was sold a one thousand dollar broken laptop [ on ebay no less ], just bought a sixteen thousand dollar car, plus there is my tuition i dont want to think about and living with my parents. in short, i'm young, stupid, and loving it.

    $350 is still a lot but as you can see i am already in debt and right now a third of a thousand dollars doesnt seem that much to me. granted, if my parents kick me out i'll be rethinking that statement.

    No, "jibbit" has nothing to do with me(as far as I know eek ). Is that on the ebay page(I didn't click the link)??

    I hope nobody's already ripping me off, the word "mibbit" being crucial to my still-unsent comic (and used differently in another idea I'm developing).
