wow....i try to sleep...
i try and try and try...
and it doesnt really work that well.
how long does it take for u guys to fall asleep? takes me about an hour, or two, on a good nite.

well, i go to sleep when i'm actually tired, so it doesn't take me long to fall asleep... however, sometimes i feel tired at three-thirty in the morning, so... ^_^ if it's hot, though, it'll take me a while to get to sleep. stupid heat.

I was at a camp and I got an average of 3 hours of sleep per night...what really sucks was that it was a music camp and I was playing viola 24/7. Now I've got that damn camp to thank for being a caffeine addict, there happened to be a cappuccino machine in the dining hall. ;P

I truly sleep at random.
Almost completely random.
4pm seems to be my sweet spot though. i can always lie on the couch around 4pm and get a nice hour nap in. after which i can awake with that 'i just slept for an hour on the couch' dizzy stomach ache.

i tell ya though, a good sleep supplement is Bob Ross's 'The Joy of painting'. buy one of those videos. Pop that in and youll be good and sleepy by the end of it.
