    Hey Guys,
I just got off the phone with Stan in Hollywood Kodak movie division. I explained to him the jittery issues we have been seeing and was told Kodak have not heard of any such problems. I still have 30 rolls of film in my freezer and would like them to be replaced if possible. Any suggestions on getting Kodak France to speak with Kodak USA? If there is a point person in France, please let me know and I'll relay it to Stan.

You know, this is the problem with huge companies.
Nobody has any idea what anyone else is doing.
They should have a central database at companies like this, where everyone reports things like this that any employee can access, like a huge library of problems and solutions, news, etc.

But most companies like this are huge, bloated ineffecient giants, just like our government.
It makes it impossible sometimes to get anything done right, regardless of good intentions...

I talked to a Kodak rep in NY in the Motion Pictures Div. a week agao and he said he had heard about the cart jitters (bc he also shoots K40). I guess the word is getting around Kodak but not from the top-down corporate official infrastructure.

i just got an email from kodak sweden confirming my four replacement carts are in the mail. i didn't even have to send the bad ones in to prove there was a problem with them. she (my "personal contact person") just looked up my order in the computer, pushed a few buttons, and that was it...
