Matt,
I looked at the film, its totally black.
Im going to get a new cartridge soon to test out my new camera, im going to expose 40 ft in my new camera and the last 10 ft in the camera ive been having trouble with to see if it will resolve itself.
I think it may be because the cartdige was not loaded properly

if it's indeed completely black, somebody made a mistake in manufacturing or processing. demand your money back (at least) from all involved.

Matt,
If thats so, then I will complain, but remember i said there were 4 or 5 frames at the end of the film, would these not have appeared if the processing had failed?
Is it possible i loaded the film incorrectly and the film was moved without being exposed?

well, you don't have to expose the film for the text along the side to appear in developing. if it's not there, it was never there, which suggests a problem with the stock, or it wasn't brought out by the processing, which suggests a problem with the process.
