    Question

    I tried reticulating some film during hand developing recently, with no success. Does anyone know how long frozen film should be exposed to near-boiling first developer? The average 2-minute stint stripped the image off the film entirely.

    Your guess is as good as mine. I have messed up a lot of film boiling it, putting it in acids and bases. The guy to call is Martin Baumgarten in New York or email him [email protected] he would know. Good luck
