one thing about imdb, when we were in cannes, in the british pavillion a lot of people were checking out other people on imdb, to seperate the bullshiters. so its handy to be on that, for that reason.

Wait, so, did you guys just apply to the IMDB, asking to be added to the database? What type of criteria do they look for? Because all the info I've received leads to me believe that with an unknown crew, a synopsis, and a budget of over 30K, you could be included... which makes me think I should apply because I am working with budgets in excess of that at present, and I am just as unknown as the next guy.

I'm not exactly sure how it works. But I think that having someone on board who is alreday listed might help. Not sure though - but it should make an "application" seem more legit.
If you have some press coverage in a local newpaper or something also helps. Anything to document that this thing is for real...

We had a few articles written up in local papers and State wide papers. Also we posted in Indie Slate and The Hollywood Reporter. Makes the project legit. Good luck...
