    Does anyone know of a cheap or preferrably free program in which I can apply a blur to a certain area of the shot? ie: a blur over a guys finger if he flips off the cam, or exposed body parts and whatnot...

    I have a few comedies in progress which require such a thing and i wanna have good censorshipp
