I just thought it was a bit off to lecture someone on their language after they just gave you advice.
There's nothing wrong with a few mild swear words in casual, everyday speech.

I look around this forum and see a lot of vulgarity and hostility. None of it generated by me. Of course there is some actual information here too, so that's a good thing. You call my comments smug? naw..not really. Blunt...yes. Smug no.
