I know they're potentially easy to make (Two sticks? Bang 'em together?) but does anyone know where in the UK (or elsewhere) I can get a good pro or semi-pro white plastic clapperboard? I'm a bit board (tee-hee) of using this novelty one from the Discovery Store and I keep getting chalk dust all over my camera and crew. Any help out there?

I got my dad a HOME VIDEO DIRECTORS KIT for his birthday in 1985 (I was 13), and they've just had a clearout. It has acutout directors sign (for the back of a chair), a cutout megaphone, a visor and a crapperboard
It's white plastic and comes with a black crayon - ANY OFFERS (No, just kidding)
I was thinking of getting a whiteboard marker for it...
If you've got loads of black plastic ones, why don't you try painting one of them with blackboard paint? Or, try getting a white marker?
Cheers
Paul
