the things i'm looking for are general tips on the sort of low budget things. i regulary visit the exposure website and www.nobudgetsfx.com to see whats new.

Ash, Have you tryed this website, www.likeastory.com it is an american site, I think it is really good for SPFX.

Well, there are a few hints at http://www.bbc.co.uk/choice/bob/flash_intro.shtml but it is meant to go with a series on BBC Choice. I only caught one episode of it but it looked useful.
As for the website, depends what kind of information you are after...
