Hey there.

Sounds like common sense to me. The amount of times Ive gone to the cinema midweek and Its 99% empty. They might as well sell tickets for 20p get just to fill the seats. Then they will make there money on food and drink. Its just like what UCG do.

I think UCGs ?9.99 a month unlimited pass is an awsome deal. Especialy if your like me and watch at the very least 2 movies a week at the cinema.

9.99 a month?? that's roughly $35-40 but it's still a VERY GOOD DEAL! $40 would get me 4-5 tix here. when are they comming to australia?!!! ps. do they have wide selection of films or just mainstream stuff?

frankly I prefer an empty cinema.

i have seen the future: affordable hdtv home cinema with new film releases direct from satellite, and brew-n-view for those more social film watching occasions ...

definately prefer the cinema empty myself...

I remember when I went to watch Fargo, it was just me and my mate.... and this old couple towards the front-right... (which was weird, because you'd sit in the centre if the cinema was empty?!)

anyways... everything was cool until the wood-chipper scene... then we heard a gasp... the old couple were horrified.. they stood up and left?!

the movie ended about 15 mins later....

hey iv had an empty cinema experience too - at the Ster Century it was just me my mate and an old couple too, it was Blue Velvet. half way thru the old couple left and the film stopped, they must have though nobody was in the cinema, so anyway i ran off to get an attendant and got it started again... why the f?ck am i tellin you this... anyways empty cinema is cool cause you can f?rt and stuff

you can f?rt when its busy too, but not as loud, and you wont become unpopular either
