i think it's great for spielberg to sponsor something like this, but also feel the whole "quick route" to success is flawed and quite obviously sends out the wrong message to the people it appeals to.

i'd rather have sustainable "success" than 15 minutes of fame and some network telly swag.

The thing is that if you have a great script and drive you can find a million dollars. Million dollars for a movie really isn't that much.

Granted it is more than I have and more than any of us have but I have worked on shoots with more than a million bucks.
