d.e.p were ace, me and laura had seating tickets so we had a good view and sound of them. kids were booing them but still they played on, i realy want to go see them in a smaller venue without mindless ppl who have no respect of anything apart from chop suey. [img]mad.gif[/img] the sound guy could of done better as well, it was too quite and no bass.

deffo agree about the sound guy. serj's vocals were way too quiet for the first few songs, plus the bass was all over the place. if you sat to the left of the stage you couldn't hear it, and people to the right were complaining about there being too much bass. and it was generally too quiet. there were some young lads on the bus who were telling us that it was too loud!!

on the plus side it's a fairly decent venue for a large scale gig don't ya think? (maybe not ideal for the other day), and nottingham as a place is pretty nice. (i wa-s a nottingham virgin)

i went to the thursday gig and dillinger was ace core

as nat and brods said the singer was a dick. but what i heard was so ******* ace i am going to see them again in may and i want to see more gy peole there coz they are amazing. JUST PLEASE DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT THESE **** PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT DILLINGER ARE ACE !!!!!!!

some good points which i agree too cept bell who comes in and agrees with ppl without making his own point...still gonna stick by it, dep failed to impress as much as i thought they would.
still...they shouldnt of got boo'd tho. just imagine if it was ur band/ur mates band up there...they gave it a go at least
but thats just me, too repetative throughout. nm heh!

I didnt see any of it...but i think its a bit of an odd one having them support SOAD

DEP = pretty good, bit too metal for me...i like soft **** stuff (the cd aint bad though)

i heard about dillinger escape plan gettin' booed from one of my friends who went to the s.o.a.d gig...bloody heathens!! dillinger escape plan are fuckin' ace as fuckery! they're ALL class musicians to be sure...plus noisey distorted jazz chords = class by default anyway...
