does anyone know who a bunch of people are who ahng around outside the closed shopping centre at index most the time?

theres a few of em i think... one is quite chubby, shaved head. another skinny, quite short, curtains with a tub full of brill cream on. another wears a white coat, skinny and also has curtains i think... theres a few more but i cant remember what they look like, prolly like the rest anyway...


anyone got a clue who they are???
