I'm so in love with what did Carlos Vega in studio on this song that except the drumming who is, like usual with vinnie, incredible, I cannot really appreciate this version...

The orig Buzzed is off Mike Landau's solo disc Tales from the Bulge [you prob already knew that ;c)], but it seems to have programmed drums [no "real Vinnie-isms," except for perhaps a little subtle snare work at the very end! ;c)]

At first glance, your mp3 does seem to be a diff vers than the one off the Live Germany vid...are there more where that came from? [img]biggrin.gif[/img] [img]redface.gif[/img] [img]wink.gif[/img] [img]cool.gif[/img]

I just read your post, Rodge...i didnt know it was Carlos on the orig...very subtlely played by CV...yes, it does make VC's version seem busy & a little 'intrusive,' compared to [dare i say that?!! ;cP]...but i agree w you, Vinnie's version is still a "drummistic" treat / "beautifully busy" part! ;c)...

...[but like PE said, "usually, no musician i've ever played w says to me, 'Hey, nice triple-flamadiddle you did during the melody right there! [paraphrased...& 'slightly exaggerated']" ;c) ;cP..."Woot!"

When you listen to ANY Live Karizma performances, you know that those gigs are for Vinnie a unique opportunity to literally let loose and off-load the steam sort-of-speak.

Garfield/Landau/Stubenhaus are aware of that when they invite Vinnie on board...

Finally i'm done with Winmx.

Waited for this last song for about 6 months before i could get it. Checked Emule, but it seemed it were not on Emule.

This version is different from the Karizma live in Germany i think. This is from Leverkussen and i can't remember where the video is taped from, but it's not in Leverkussen.

However i love this song, and Vinnie's two solo bars after the letter B is just killing! too bad they didn't put it on the Document.
