can someone explain me exactly the technique that Vinnie uses with his right hand?? I never seen someone playing so fast..but without a lot of motions! it looks so relaxed!
has this technique a name? moeller? I asked this question a few month ago but I can not remember what the answer was

I mean I can remember the answer but not the exact name of this thechnique..
PS: what is a "Threat strecher"?

I, too, have no idea what a thread stretcher is. In any case, like most guys, Vinnie seems to go between french grip and the palm-down grip. That's what it looks like from watching him on video, anyway.

I think it's more of a "one-handed roll" (like Buddy Rich used). I recently learned this technique, but I'm still trying to develop speed and power with it. You can use it with either the traditional or modern grip, right or left hand. It's pretty cool!
Dave Weckl gives a good demonstration of the one-handed roll and the Moeller technique in his new "How to Develop Technique" video. He also expands on the use of the Moeller in the "How to Practice" video.
The two techniques seem to be related, since you're getting multiple strokes from a single hand/wrist/arm move.
